How we work Contact Start a conversation

From legacy to leading.

Your business runs on paper forms, spreadsheets and what one person remembers. JAI Systems replaces that with one system your team actually uses, built so the AI tools you'll want later can work with it.

An example of the change, not a client's record.

Sound familiar?

It works, right up until the one person holding it together is out for a week.

The job ticket is a paper form. The schedule is a spreadsheet one person understands. The database was built years ago by someone who has since moved on. Nothing talks to anything else, and every report starts with somebody re-typing numbers.

Example

BeforeAfter
A paper job ticket, filled in by hand and filedOne record, entered once, visible to everyone who needs it
A spreadsheet only one person can safely editA shared system with history, permissions and a backup
Numbers re-keyed for every reportReports that read straight from the record
The process in one person's headWritten steps the whole team can follow

What JAI does

One working system, connected to what you're keeping, ready for what comes next.

Replace paper and spreadsheets with one working system.

Job tracking, scheduling, inventory, quoting, customer records: built around the way your team already works, and tested against your real records before anyone has to rely on it.

Connect what you're keeping.

Accounting, email, the tools that already earn their place. Fewer re-keyed numbers, one place to look.

Build it ready for what comes next.

AI tools are only useful when the data underneath them is clean and the records are clear. Every system JAI builds is set up that way from day one, so adding automation later is a step, not a rebuild.

How an engagement works

Four steps, in this order.

  1. Discovery

We look at how the work actually happens today: the forms, the files, the workarounds.

  2. Written scope and price

Before anything is built, you get a written scope and a price. No surprises.

  3. Build with your team

Built alongside the people who will use it, tested against your real records, adjusted until it fits.

  4. Handoff and support

Documentation your team can follow, training, and support after go-live.

What drives the cost

Every project is priced individually and in writing before work starts.

Six things set the number: how much the system needs to do; the condition of the data it starts from; the timeline; how ready your team is to change the way it works; how much training is needed; and travel, when the work calls for being on site. We tell you which of these is doing the work in your estimate, so the price makes sense before you say yes.

How JAI builds

Ready for AI from the start.
Structured data and clear records, readable by the tools that come next.
Lean now, room to grow.
Nothing you don't need today; nothing that has to be torn out tomorrow.
Transparency first.
A written scope, a written price, and plain answers when you ask how it's going.
Built so the owner can see it.
The systems JAI builds show you what is happening in your business, not just your staff.
